The ID-CARE Team are based within the Infectious Diseases division at the University Hospital of Verona and are involved in multiple national and international projects and studies.

Infectious Diseases Center for trAnslational REsearch

Here at ID-CARE we focus on the implementation of appropriate preventive measures, early diagnosis and effective evidence based therapy of severe infectious diseases.

​

The ID-CARE research groups are currently managing over 20 national/international, multi-institutional and multi-disciplinary studies and projects covering a range of topics from antibiotic resistance to HIV/STI and more recently COVID-19.
